Tribeca Terrace
An open-air courtyard modeled after a city rooftop promenade, strung with bistro lights and centered on a modern fireplace. This is where we get our favorite golden-hour and after-dark shots — the lighting does half the work for us.
The Plaza
The indoor ceremony space, and the most dramatic room in the building — hanging crystals, a hand-lit candle wall, and soft draping give us moody, romantic light for the ceremony itself.
Brix on Boston
Original exposed brick, custom bookshelves, and lounge furniture make this cocktail-hour space feel like a downtown loft. It’s a great change of pace visually from the rest of the venue.
Gramercy Ballroom
Sleek black floors, exposed ceiling beams, and chandeliers set the tone for reception coverage, with glass doors that open straight out to the terrace for easy indoor-outdoor flow all night.

Because SoHo63 packs several distinct looks into one property, we build your timeline around moving through them intentionally rather than rushing. A Plaza ceremony gives us dramatic, candlelit coverage early in the evening; from there, cocktail hour in Brix on Boston gives your gallery a completely different visual texture before the party moves into the Gramercy Ballroom. We always try to carve out time on the Tribeca Terrace around sunset — the bistro lights and fireplace make it one of the best backdrops in downtown Chandler for couple portraits, and it’s just as strong for photos after dark.
Because the venue is downtown, it’s also an easy jumping-off point if you want a few portraits on the surrounding streets — something we can plan into your timeline if you’re interested.
